  • Can I take the OPK Love Elixir if I am on the contraceptive pill?

    Yes, it is possible. The elixir is not contraindicated with the pill, but its plants acting on ovulation (such as chaste tree or raspberry) will have a limited action, because the pill blocks the natural hormonal cycle.

    On the other hand, some plants remain useful even on the pill, such as:

    • Gymnema, for blood sugar regulation,
    • Dandelion & Nettle, for liver drainage,
    • Saw palmetto, in case of signs of hyperandrogenism (acne, hair growth…).

    It can therefore be used as terrain support, and is particularly relevant when preparing to stop hormonal contraception.

  • Can this elixir help restore a regular menstrual cycle?

    Yes, the OPK Love Elixir was specially formulated to support women with PCOS or with irregular cycles. It works by supporting the hormonal axis, by promoting more regular ovulation and by gradually improving the balance of the menstrual cycle.

    Generally speaking, our customers report a return of their periods after 2 to 3 months of the course. For optimal support, we recommend a 6-month course, to give the body the time it needs to rebalance deeply.
